maybe there already was a post on this if there is lock this but can i make a dual mode without the mod tools ??

u shoudl realy get the mod tools its way easier then hex edditing

yeah well i tried but the map editor wont work so i removed it

That's probably because you have to start it from Start>All Files>etc.

is an odd bug, though

Dual as in two things, or Duel, as in a battle between two people?
