Killing Spree Sound Effects

Remember when as an evil hero unit such as the Emperor he would laugh and such after a killing spree? Well, I was thinking it would be awesome if it was possible to change the threshold for the killing spree audio to start and to swap killing spree effects to different characters. Is there a way to do this? If I remember correctly, the killing spree audio is also disabled in multiplayer for some reason. Is there a way to add it back in (only on the client side of course, no others can hear unless the modification is server-side)?

Lots of little things are disabled in multiplayer, to probably improve performance and reduce lag. Most of them are probably hard coded as well. Some things include not seeing flyer domes (the fake ships travelling in the sky) some times mist and steam effects don't happen in multiplayer. you also don't see it when your player name kills AI bots.
