Very nice, Zaborack! I like the engineer a lot! The Bank robber could use some more work, like maybe a black suit to go with it, but it's still very good!

Give him some nike's and blue jeans. Maybe turn his shirt into a jersey.

Indeed...But the armored engineer might be cool further, if you add a bright points (ex.eyes/headlight) to it as the accent. I think....
About BankRobber Windu......well...it might be also no bad to put your photograph of face...for instance.... I think....
