Marshmallow is right, it's not downloading properly or something. For me it downloads as a text file.
EDIT: Okay, I got it working. The link on your website does not have .zip in the name. As opposed to your other map on that site which has .zip at the end of the URL. In order for it to work, when you download it, right click the link, select 'Save target as...' , then select the name of the file and type in .zip at the end. It will then download properly.

It's not too hard to win as the Republic (partly thanks to the fact that the repeater trooper's amount of ammo border on the obscene), but the CIS definitely has the advantage. The ATTE tends to die pretty quickly and may be the capture region on the Republic's main point could be made smaller- it's pretty easy for a couple of droids to slip round the side and neutralise the point
Some more command posts would be a good idea since, particularly for the Republic, the main way to victory is simple attrition. Nothing wrong with that though it gets a bit much after a while, so more posts would add a bit of variety. I assume you plan to do this in later versions- noticed the little secondary fort you put at the back by one of the derelicts.
It is definitely a promising map- that's just my two cents on what might make it better. Oh, and the spider walker didn't appear to have any sounds so you might want to check that too

It's a bit unbalanced. The AT-Te dies very quickly and is useless after the first 20 seconds really. I think bulldog is right about making the CP capture sphere smaller. It's very easy to get the cp neutralized. Plus I don't think the Republic has enough time to set up defense. Maybe you could put the CIS a little further away. I also think that the lack of mines is a realy problem. Considering how easy it is to get into the base they could help out in keeping the Republic alive longer. A rocket launcher wouldn't be out of the question either. Since the CIS has rockets you know, (SBD arm). There are alot of ways you could balance it. Maybe even add multiple lines of defense for the .. "base".

ya, and plus there is no way to stop the AAT's and spiders, they just march up and take out the AT-TE on the way as an appetizer, while the republic's guns are overheating b/c of the insane number of droids coming at them... I used up all my grenades very quickly once they got close and you couldn't tell that 15 droids had just died there were so many.
