Re: Terminator!
We're talking about Terminators here, not battle droids. But if the T-1000s were around, bladed weapons would fit.
By the way, what is this map going to be called?

Earth: Judgment Day.
What do you think? That's what I have on the map select screen.

Re: Terminator! (Judgement Day)
I suppose that would be a good name... I don't know. Salvation was after the earth got nuked. So the map should be all destroyed. But Skynet is in this map, so I doubt they would bomb there own building. I've gotten so far into this map that changing it would be hard.

Re: Terminator! (Judgement Day)
You want me to make a T-70 skin for you? T-70's were the first ever humanoid Terminators to be used. They were shown to a select group of civilians at a convention, which unfortunately resulted in the deaths of a lot of people in said convention because of a 'Terrorist Attack' by John and Sarah Connor.
Here's the T-70 I am referring to:
I can make it if you want. I can use the Dark Trooper for a reskin, and with proper tweaks, you can make them look a little bigger. I dunno how, atm, but I've seen it done. And it'd look better with a chain-gun, imo. I don't like those Terminators that are using M-16's that your using, tbh, just personal taste. :p And you don't necessarily have to overpower their chainguns if you go with said chaingun idea. Just a couple suggestions. Nothing too big, really. :p Just would make it feel more 'Terminator'-ish in my opinion. As I said, I like your map, so don't take anything the wrong way.
(I didn't say I didn't like AQT's skin. His skin is FAR better than what I can make. Just talking about the weapon. :p)

2 things about the skin: 1) can't see the second image, and 2) why is the Terminator transparent? (you can see through his shoulder and his head)

Re: Terminator! (Judgement Day)
He's transparent because of how close he is to the camera. All units do that.

Re: Terminator! (Judgement Day)
@elitetrooper1999, I think i'll just stick with what I have for now. And maybe i'll just rename it to salvation. As for the pics of Skynet, look in the background of the new skin pics. I'll get more up though. Oh, and the Vanguard is in this map, as I have said before.
@Delta-1035, Thanks, but AQT made it.
@RevanSithLord, Actually, sense I'm most likely going to rename to salvation, I wont need it. But thanks for the offer. As for the chaingun, yes, most Terminators running around do have them.
EDIT: OK, it's official, the new name is: Earth: Salvation. I hope you guys like it.

Re: Terminator! (Salvation)
Ah, right, well, it'd still make sense as the T-70 had chainguns as well, and worked just like the T-600 in terms of weapons, but okay.
Thought it'd be a nice treat if you wanted it. No problem, man.
Oh and elitetrooper1999, Skynet wasn't just one thing, it was an entire network. The only remote thing that could be 'Skynet' as a whole would be its core, and technically Skynet's 'core' is in Los Angeles, from what I've seen (pyramid thingy with HUGE plasma turret defenses with a multitude of misc. defenses along with it.) But, of course, Skynet would most likely have at least a few backup systems. E.G., N.O.R.A.D. being a prime target for Resistance troops (at least I would think N.O.R.A.D. would be a Skynet target.) In the case of this map, the main Skynet target is some kind of HQ from what I am seeing. It's not uncommon that Skynet has a few HQ's and bases of operations scattered throughout the entire world.
Skynet was our solution to the world's problems, but they became self-aware, saw all humans as a threat, and declared war. We all know billions of lives vanished in an instant. Humanity's fate was decided in a microsecond. Err....sorry, I just went into a speech. Back to the map. :p

Re: Terminator! (Salvation)
Yeah. Hey I was thinking, should I have civilians just running around franticly? Like, neutral the Terminators, but friendly to the Resistance? Just a thought... After all, some humans survived the bombing, and I don't think Skynet would bomb their own facility. What do you guys think?

Re: Terminator! (Salvation)
I think Terminators would shoot them no matter how friendly they are, unless they grabbed them and threw them into a work camp, in which, they would be dead people anyways later on, unless the Resistance somehow saved them, which I am fully optimistic about and hope that usually happens for the most part. Skynet is mean like that. :p If you can make it that way, that'd be cool. Like they can't shoot back at the Terminators, but they cower from them because the Terminators see them as targets too and kill them regardless and have no sympathy for human life, eg, they have no emotion, as shown, unless you take a look at T: Salvation (Or Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles -one of my favorite series-) at certain areas, but I won't spoil it. That's possible in SWBF2 right, making one team able to be killed but not to fight back? XD

Re: Terminator! (Salvation)
Yeah, you can. I could make a prison yard behind the Skynet building, and in hunt mode, or somthing like that, you have to free them. I've made sure to keep room behind there just in case. Cause right now, I just have conquest.
