Cannot find gungan geometry [Solved]

Post by Noobasaurus »

Well, my map crashes before it loads entirely and I get this error:

Code: Select all

Message Severity: 3
C:\Battlefront2\main\Battlefront2\Source\EntityGeometry.cpp(619)
Entity "gun_inf_rider" missing geometry "nab_inf_gungan"
I didn't do anything recently to the gungan besides give him stealth and he worked fine before. I looked in the msh folder and recopied the gungan files just to be sure it was there. What is wrong?

do you have the "nab_inf_gungan.msh" mshfile in your sides mshfolder? maybe you renamed it some time ago and battlefront now recognized that its missing because the msh was remunged.

Yep, it's in there.

Also did a clean (which took a billion years to munge as I have 8 different worlds :| ) and a manual clean.

EDIT: Also Copied the stock gungan odf and put everything I had in it before...still crashes.

EDIT2: Took out the gungan side, and it still crashes, this time because it's "missing" obi-wan's lightsaber geometry. So I put back in the gungan side and that went away, but the gungan error came back.

EDIT3: Weird...the error went away. Thanks! (You might've done something, I dunno)

EDIT4: It's back! The error is back! That's so weird...

EDIT5: And now it's fine...should be fine for the rest of its life.
