Keep in mind that "Good" and "Fast" are not always the same thing. coughdragonforcecough

1. Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd. This one is irrefutable. Solo starts at 4:26.

2. Crown - Justin King. Wow.

3. Any Colour You Like - Pink Floyd. Why yes, I am a Floyd junkie. The beat to this song makes it awesome.

How about Dream Theater, John Petrucci has got many awesome solos which are so hard I dont even dare to TRY to play them.
Yngwie Malmsteen is another solo-freak, although his solos sound often pretty similar.
And I guess you know it already but just look at your ava , yeah Pink Floyd rocks.

Anything by Buckethead. That's basically all he does...

I have many more favourites but I like those solos the best. Jimmy Page is the best guitarist of all time in my opinion, heck I worship him

Dang, hard for me to pick a solo since I only listen to Sum 41, and nearly every song they have contains a solo...Umm...I'd have to say the solo's in their song 88. Or maybe in their song In Too Deep because it just has that wierdish good kind of feel to it where the guitarist isnt picking the strings anymore and he's just pressing down on the frets with the amp really loud.
