How do I add a Fambaa to my map?

Well what Cleb said makes sense and if so then perhaps this fambaa is a vehicle/prop/exoticsoldierguy in reference to modding. Most probably a vehicle is what I think but I don't know. If any of those are true then you can check out the FAQ at this link:

And you can check out the various subcategories pertaining to vehicles/props/soldiers and adding them to your map.

"Card" and "map" are synonymous in German. You'll see this often (Youtube videos of video games are one easy example). For the OP: "Map" is the word you're looking for. "Card" isn't used as "Karte" in English - "Card" is predominantly used for its "Ausweis" meaning (or so Google Translate would indicate).Cleb wrote:I believe card=map

Is your vehicle listed in your side's odf file properly? Also, I've had a perhaps similar problem with vehicles not showing up, for me it has always been getting the right memory pools set up, though I am not sure if this fambaa needs anything extra there, just a thought. Also it's just a vehicle correct? The rest of the things on that side work?

Isn't a Fambaa simply an armedbuilding with a shield as weapon?

He said something about wanting it to be a vehicle and it not working, and having it be an object and not working either, so maybe that could be part of the problem? That's exactly the point. The Fambaa from the BF2 assets uses the rare ClassLabel 'commandarmedanimatedbuilding', wich means that it is a CommandPost, a "turret" and has a standing anim, even though that anim is nowhere to be found. If you wanted to turn it into a vehicle you'll need completely new animations for it and modify the ODF heavily, but it's possible.

Because it is about turning a prop into a flyer, not an exotic command post into a walker.
You could take the ODF of a stock walker (propably ATAT because it already has 4 legs), change the GeometryName, modify the piloting sections, details like sound and of course the AnimationName. You'll also have to make new animations for the Fambaa.

I have already tried to change the ODF of ATAT, but without success.
Otherwise if it helps here is the error I get when I munge the map
and here is the error report.
What is strange is that I can't put a Tauntaun or a Kaadu in my map. Are these two problems linked?
