does anyone know if it is remotely possible to get a console in the regular game by pressing `~ and if so, how to enable it. also when the game is run with the modtools there are a lot of extra fake consol commands, is there a way of enableing them in the regular game?

Not really, but I don't see why you would need to...

Almost all of the commands there can be activated either by the Code Console in the FC, or via cheatcode.

i want to be able to use combo.Damage on the regular version of the game. in FC its called show hitboxes and debug combos or somthing like that.

if it would work with the normal exe there wouldnt be an extra exe for such debuggingcommands i think

It is not even remotely possible. All those features were removed or disabled in the shipped .exe versions.
