Uploading Screens (Stupid Question)

Just wondering, how do you post screens in your posts without linking to another site? Been trying for a while but it doesnt seem to work.
Sorry if this is the wrong forum but it seemed like the best place to ask.

I thought you knew how to upload image files to ImageShack / PhotoBucket, but I guess I was wrong. Okay, let's take it from the beginning. You upload an image that you have saved on your computer, at ImageShack. When you have uploaded your picture, Copy ( Ctrl + C ) the link in the ''Direct link to image'' field, then you Paste ( Ctrl + V ) in your Forum Post. It should look like this :

When you have posted your Message, it should look like this :
