Palpatine has two offices, Rends needs the second one. The first, where the Yoda/Palp fight starts, is in the senate chamber. The second, where Mace is killed, (also the one with the red interiors) is in another dome shaped building that, while looking similar to the Senate building, is not the big mushroom. If I remember correctly, there are also ships parked all along the edges of the dome. I am looking for a pic of it as I type this.

Qoute: "Palpatine's Office is in the Senate Building. I didn't know this until I saw Episode III. However, I don't think the CIS attacked the Senate Building because that's where everyone was when Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Palpatine arrived. They wouldn't be there if it was under attack or had been attacked."
In the clone was cartoon grievous goes there, it doesnt really get 'attacked' unless you consider grievous braking in an attack XD lol
If you see the clone wars cartoon, then you will see that when grievous goes and captures palpatine there is a huge battle there. Maybe that could be the story
then you play BF2, which is the battle above Coruscant

I wish it were easier to make detailed buildings like this (heck, I wish it were easier to make maps for this game!), there'd be so many great maps out there right now. I think the great technical challenge of mapping Battlefront stifles the creativity that I'm sure a lot of players wish they could use in maps for this game.
How in the galaxy did you make those windows Rends?? That's unbelievable considering what goes into making a map. And it looks like you might have a bot-pathing challenge on your hands, what with the rooms and all.
I'd consider doing this (modeling) too, but it would require learning a whole new set of complicated tools, and I just dunno if I could go through that again.

Yes Rends, I suggested I putting in an elevator. Ask the Saturn labs crew to make it as a vehicle.
It could simply be a thin rectangle, in the gunship flyer category. It could be put in a shaft slightly bigger than it is, and be made invincible(just incase the driver desides to try and crash it into the wall)
I think there is a better way to do this though.

Nice work... the building models are excellent. I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but if you decide to add locals(considering the map size), you could add http://www.starwars.com/databank/organi ... ds/eu.html
