I Can't Use Pm's

Just in the last 10 minutes, I can't PM anymore. The section is gone from the top of my page:

And the Private Message section is gone from my profile control panel.
I would just PM an admin about this, but, uh, that is the problem :P .
Help?

EDIT: I don't know if this is a site-wide problem or something at the moment, but my brother (Edward_Cullen) is having the exact same problem. Is anyone else?

pms and email fucntions as well as guruchat will be on and offline at random intervals for the next 48 hours. thanks.
