How to create models in XSI and other 3D applications and make them work in Battlefront 1 & 2. Post models, tips for application usage and share anything XSI, 3DMax, SketchUp, etc.
Post pictures of your own models you want to show off, and remember:
Wireframe pics are a requirement for everyone from here on, so if you post a pic of your model in shaded or textured be sure to post a wireframe or wireframe on shaded pic also, this not only proves it to be your work and avoids plagiaristic accusations but others will also learn from your work by examining edge flow, and learning is the important thing here because the more you learn the better you'll get.

but still, that's usable, unlike all mine. I ruin mine with crappy textures. Speaking of which, anyone want to set up my ghost that I posted in Model showcase thread Part II? (includes adding textures)

I made the texture using a picture of a bolter pistol. Yes, it is from Warhammer 40K. Thank you very much for all the good feedback i have got.

you want to texture and set it up as a vehicle? I think I added the hp_active and fire, but I'm not sure... I want it to look a lot like it did in halo 3, not sure if it's easily do-able to make it shiny over the whole vehicle... There are 9 objects. Body, 'wing', laser 1, laser 2, fuel tank, foot pedal, right handle, left handle. I'm pretty sure this will make it a bit easier to texture, but then again, I'm not good at texturing, so I wouldn't know.
