Problem:
-Crashes (no FATAL message)
-Crashes (FATAL message)
-Mod maps dont show at all

Info: Ok, so i got Dark Times and played Coruscant and Death Star conquest for a long time. (FYI: I was able to play other maps until for a while.)
Now im tired of those 2 maps so I tried a different map, and it crahses to the desktop (without FATAL). I can only do Dark Times Conquest and
BFX Conquests on Coruscant, Death Star, Geonosis and a few others. Regular modes and KoTOR crashes. Other maps crashes. I recently downloaded
Prime Front and Mandalorian Wars and they crash with FATAL errors instead. it says "was not able to open dea1conquest blahblah". I also have like
20 addon maps and only Toola shows for some wacko reason. This is driving me CRAZY PLEASE HELP. Ask questions and I have answers.

Possible Causes:
-Dark Times
-Vista (and yes I have the stereo mix enabled)
-The problem is not being caused by Prime Front or Mandalorian Wars becuase this happened before I downloaded them
-the "too many missions" thingy (like 590>=500)
-Others

Ask questions cuase that might help solve the problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are you playing at all if you get this error? Pay attention! Of course your problem is too many missions, you have five listed big mods installed (Conversion Pack, Dark Times, BFX, Prime Front, Mandalorian Wars).

Make a couple more addon folders. BFX and the Convo Pack AND Dark Times will give you too many missions, so that's obviously the problem.

Those three together will not give you too many, but having all five listed definitely will (and that's not even counting whatever other modmaps he might have).

Hm, I get a message saying I have too many missions with just those three and KOTOR Galactic Conquest, which only adds an extra mission.

Did you install 2.2? 2.0 has alot more missions.

Wait but even after I got that message I was still able to play any map... for a while
Then the problem arose
But I'll take the BFX and other big addon folders out of the addon anyways

I have the same problem, whenever I switch from a mod to a map (or vise versa) it crashes on me! It's very annoying...

Well I guess you feel my pain man. Well guess what guys? new problem!
My mod maps still won't work. Even when I start a new game and play the mod map rightaway, it wont work
It goes all the way to side selection and it shows the sides for like 2 seconds and then crahses to the desktop without a FATAL
But the Prime Front and Mandalorian Wars works (since I took out my BFX folder) and it is great.
So If you guys have any more info to solve this new problem, please help.

I'm gonna try to delete some mods such as BFX since I'm getting tired of it and Xavious is coming out with a mod just like it even though it only concentrates on the CW era.

Umm, you said up there you have 20 modmaps? With Primefront and Mandolorian Wars, plus the Conversion Pack? That has got to be still Way to many missions. All I have are 20 Maps, Dark Times, and Conversion Pack of course, you're gonna have to cut back still.

But since you haven't posted a message for a couple days, I'm gonna go ahead assume you fixed the problem. If you did tell us please, that way people in the future can look at this and see what worked and what didn't.

BFX is clones wars and galactic civil war. Nova might not have Mandalorian Wars, Prime Front, Conversion Pack and Dark Times. I have those.
Plus, I took out BFX and I was fine.

I do have the Conversion Pack and Dark Times and I wanna download Mandalorian Wars, but I can't right now.

Btw, the mods I have installed right now are:
BFX
Conversion Pack
Dark Times
Mandalorian Wars (soon to be added)

I do plan on deleting the BFX since I'm getting tired of that mod..

Don't delete it, just make an addon2 folder and keep all unwanted, but still great mods in there. That way you don't have to redownload anything in case you want to play them again.
Right now, my addon folder has BFX, ConvoPack, and Dark Times. My addon2, however, has KotOR Galactic Conquest, LoZ: Hyrule Field, Aqualaris, Jinglin' Town, and a whole bunch of random single-map mods. It helps alot when I just want to play a mod map once or twice, then put it away for later use.

I'm just gonna reinstall my game to see if that fixes it cuz it's getting really annoying. It's a pain cuz then I have to download all the mods again and install them...

Another problem!
Most people know Dann's Xmas map right?
well for some reason, whenever I load it, it takes me to the team selection.
Then it goes to the unit selection.
Right when I spawn a unit, I crash to the desktop wihtout a FATAL.
I think it might be something about the v1.1 patch because
every time i play a map with default sides it does the same thing.
Since Dann used the default models it does it. thats the explanation

Did you install a sides mod (not an era mod)? That is really the only way you probably would have corrupted your stock sides.

A failed v1.3 install could also break the stock sides. I don't think you've answered if you have the Conversion Pack v2.2 installed.

ok i downloaded the 2.2 patch and it doesn't do anything.
problem still not solved.

another problem i think is realted to this.
for some reason, the villains side in assault
has shrunk and now i only have emperor, boba
vader and anakin

anyone? solution?
