I found this site while searching for what lua stands for. It may be handy for to lua programers that are here (..?). It has a ton of the functions, but mostly how to use "if", "while" and "function" functions. The only thing i'm not sure of is will it work for bf2 version of it..

Re: lua.org..?
I have always found the Lua users' wiki to be a pretty reliable source for learning whatever it was I needed to know:
http://lua-users.org/wiki/TutorialDirectory
I've been to the site you mention as well, but I think that the tutorials linked to above do a better job in being easy-to-pick-up.
