As suggested, I would use either Fraps or X-fire. Capture the screenshot in-game using one of those two programs. If you have used X-fire screencapture, go to the site location where it was stored and copy the URL (the exact link to the picture image) and copy it so it looks something like this (I'll use one of my screenshots from X-fire as an example):

That's the code so people can see the image.

Or you can take a screenshot using Fraps and I suggest using an image hosting site such as Imgur (which has been useful to me). Create a free account at
Imgur and go to where your screenshots are and drag the desired screenshot onto the browser window and it will then show a button that says, "Start Upload", click that, and then go find the IMG code and copy it into your post.
Your map sounds like it'll be interesting and I look forward to seeing screenshots of it. Hope you're enjoying your stay.
