Have you tried Majin Revan tutorial on how to add vehicles to maps? it's available in the downloads section under tutorials. I don't know if it mentions respawning vehicles (you probably only need ammend an odf or something) but it probably does, failing that it's bound to have been mentioned before so try a forum search and visit psych0fred's site where there's almost certainly the definitative answer. Also have a search through through the "assets" folder and the "shipped worlds" for different maps, speeders and AT AT's have respawn points in hoth and there are many other vehicle respawning maps. Look at the shipped maps in zeroeditor and see if there's an object or region where vehicles respawn from (you'll know roughly from when you played the game). Hope that helped a little, sorry I couldn't just give you the answer.
