Should The StarForge have a full interior like in the game or just the classic 3 rooms like in bFII but redesigned to look more like the StarForge? (please treat this as a serious poll, if I do the full interior the map will not be released until mid-may)

Let's be civilized now.

YEAH, HUMPF!

lol... maybe mini isn't in his mood, maybe he needs some professional help...

but that's up to him, if he wants to continue with this actions, he eventually will suffer the consequences.

He certainly doesn't look like a former moderator

Maybe, but he survived long enough to get to "Jedi" and he's been up to the same garbage ever scince I registered. He'll probably slip past the moderaters.
I could totally do without his attitude.

Everyone shouldn't be overly mean to minilogoguy either, he wants things perfect, and he normally makes him stuff relatively perfect, it is what he is use to, he is a good critic, but I just don't like when people jump to conclusions, I mean, sure these may be light textures, but even though he is critisising, he is also helping me to make my map better...

Maybe, but he comes off as mean when he calls your hard work "crap".

tahts just it though, it isnt exactly "hard work", I mean what, it takes me a day to do the mesh and textures, and then the rest is just modifying it to make it "perfect"

It's still good, hard work or not, better than anything I could do...

geez cry me a river, if you want some harsh criticism go over to filefronts JA forums and look for almighty_gir or gir_teh_almiteh, i just tell it like it is, the textures dont look like crap theyre just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too bright. set it to textured decal mode and texture in that view and theyll come out more towards a hue that every other screen shot of the craft ive seen. im saying all this in hopes that hell change it so that it can be the best it can be so that if you look at a picture from kotor of what hes modeling his models will be of identical quality. hes also right, its not hard work, ive never had any formal teaching of modeling or game development, just downloaded the program and started clickin stuff till i got it right, trial and error, just like fred posted in the XSI forum, its alot easier than you think if you just try.

just because your a big show off doesn't mean the rest of the world has to be perfect, or under your impression of perfect.

... are we getting angry? ...
maybe we should get a tad bit on topic-er

Do you have any idea of what the starforge interiors look like yet? Or are you just going to have it be a spur of the moment thing?

I pretty much want to finish the vehicles first so that I can use them, because when I am veiwing my models ingame it is fairly ackward to fly in anakins srfighter near the hammer head.

hmmm, I can see how that would be true. I guess it would make sense to do that. Don't want era clashes!

Just some advice Razgriz, it sounds a lot like junior moderating when you talk like that so I'd be careful...

On Topic: Ya Revan, Bastilla and Carth would PWN!

Bastilla would most likely require a new character model. (at least if you wanted a good one)

Nobody needs Bastila, except for the dark siders...after she was turned, she didn't follow Revan, no, she just sat down and used her "incredibly mighty" battle meditation. So what about a Bastila prop?

Juhani and Jolee would be cool if made playable. If it only was possible to remove Aayla's lekkus....
Tuskenjedi

Post by Tuskenjedi »

you know it! Jolee has the power!! oh, it's in the conversion pack, but not juhani. They could use the geometry addon head thingie with mace or that model that aurra sing uses.
