I just decided to post this because I'm bored and it this works for me.
Everytime you munge your map, and you get the munge log, paste it in a note pad and save it in your mod world. This is good so if you have a problem you can just go and get it, and paste it in the forum.

Hmm for me the munge log is automatically saved in my build folder.

yep, it automatically saves it in your buildfolder, you can open it while its munging to see what errors there are without waiting for to long

data_ModID -> _build -> PC_MungeLog.txt
it is there, when you munge it to creates a .txt there and writes to it, if it diddn't create it there then there would be no munge log after munging
