I was hoping that the Donkey Kong arcade game would be a stage.

Challenger Said that one of his friends got Brawl yesterday at Gamestop....

That IGN Review completely slammed SSE. I hope it's not that bad....

Yeah, don't listen to IGN, those were pretty nitpicky things they lowered the score with.
I've watched Subspace in it's entirety, and it doesn't look that repetitive, actually, it reminds me a lot of Kirby 64. The only repetitive part comes right before "Unspoken Of" (
), as you have to go through all the levels again (not really, but these have similarities), fighting "rainbow clones" of the characters and the bosses again.

Here's my launch plan:
go to the musical (I'm master sound) then cast party, then @ 11 go to Gamestop play til like 5am and then sleep then go back for the last performance.

I wish I had a Wii.EraOfDesann wrote:Commander_Cody771 wrote:in what way?
Well obviously better graphics and much smoother frame rates since this is the Wii. Single-player has been significantly expanded with the addition of a full-blown story mode that's about 8 hours long and gives you the power to choose how it all plays out and features beautiful and elaborate CGI cut scenes. Over 10 new characters have been added with new and unique move sets. Returning characters have been updated in appearance and playability -- many have received balance treatment. Over 40 exciting and interactive stages. A freakin' stage builder. Online play, including online co-op story mode as well a lot of other co-op stuff. New items. Playable demos. Sticker upgrades. Lots of customization options. What has been described as one of the greatest video game soundtracks ever. Special Brawl in which you create the rules and conditions. Deeper exploration of each individual character's franchise. Sonic. Assist trophies. Tons and tons and tons of replay value. This will put Melee to shame.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl *Spoilers Start At Page 46*
So, anyone else made a plan? I have
Saturday:
11:00 AM- Friend Arrives, begin dodging, meteoring, smashing, and EGing training
1:00 PM- Play some actual matches on Melee, without using removed techniques
-Scene Missing-
9:30 PM- Get ready to go to Gamestop, call other friends to see if they're going
10:00 PM- arrive at Gamestop, try to volunteer to unlock Ness, Marth, and Luigi for the Tournament
10:30 PM- Start torunament
11:00 PM- Lol at my awesomeness with the Nunchuck as the others try to figure out how to jump.
11:30 PM- Win the Tournament (hopefully no college students show up
)
Sunday:
12:00 AM- Get my copy
12:15 AM- Arrive home
12:30 AM- Unlock Ness
12:35 AM- Unlock Marth
12:45 AM- Finish Classic with Link, unlock Toon Link
There is no 1 AM
2:00 AM- Start Subspace with friend
3:00 AM- Gatorade. Lots of it.
5:00 AM- Check characters obtained via Subspace
7:00 AM- -Hopefully- I'll be at The Great Maze, start working on it
8:00 AM- Kill Taboo, save world, blablabla.
8:15 AM- Find Teh Jiggle and Wolf in SSE
8:30 AM- Go nuts with all of the characters
-Scene Missing-
4:30 PM- Get sick from lack of sleep.

It sounds like you'll have a fun weekend. I'll have to wait until 10AM on Sunday to get my copy. My plans are sorta similar to yours. A few friends are coming over to play Melee on Saturday and I still haven't decided whether or not I'll go with them to the midnight release and tournament. There are several people I know who are planning on going so it'll probably be fun but I'm still not sure. I think I'd rather just enjoy it for the first time at home on the big screen with a nice breakfast. Or I could go and just watch. That'll be easy...

Is Wolf like Game & Watch you need every one to unlock him?

You can unlock him in the SSE (he doesn't have any role, though) but I'm under the impression that he's the last unlockable character.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl *Spoilers Start At Page 46*
He's most likely going to be everyone's last, but he can be obtained before Toon Link and Jigglypuff (Hidden Subspace Doors). His other two methods, 450 Brawls (most needed to unlock a character) or beat Boss Battle Mode as Fox (Which you have to beat SSE for)EraOfDesann wrote:EGG_GUTS wrote:Is Wolf like Game & Watch you need every one to unlock him?

Wait if you beat SSE and unlock Characters, do you get them?
If so I like it but you don't get to fight them in a Match, which I enjoyed.
