actually i found him in theIMP.REQ file his name is imp_inf_officer_gray.
So I guess no one has any idea then where to find a skin for this guy.

well i was needing this for my map im working on. Thxs for finding it.

its skin file is imp_inf_officer.tga open it and look at it closely. its gray and its not the original ingame officer
its located in your mod directory at... assets/sides/imps/msh/imp_inf_officer.tga

To make the gray officer to work, you must rename the skin and the .tga to test_inf_officer

your absolutely right, i was missing that. But isnt the skin the same thing as the .tga?

So what i did was to copy the imp side folder from the assets to data_MAP/sides.
Rename imp_inf_officer.tga to test_inf_officer.tga in data_MAP/sides/imps/msh.
Then edited the LSAg_con.lua by adding "dc:" before the SIDE\\imp.lvl"

all i need to do is edit using the localize tool to change the name.

EDIT:Updated the picture name (sorry about it affecting your post down below)

Yeah, I always did like the Fleet Officer model a lot better than that stupid AT-AT Commander...

I did all that and it just crashed my map. Darbowski, did you leave any steps out?

Your right i did...

I changed "imp_inf_officer " to "imp_inf_officer_gray" in my LSAg_con.lua.
Then you have to go to visual munge. And in the sides scroll list choose "imp". Munge with the common box checked.

if this doesn't clear it up, im not sure what will.

Same here. I'm not sure why Pandemic decided to drop the original one and make an entire new one that's inaccurate and doesn't even look that cool.

Off-Topic : When you have Language Files - MultiLanguageTool open, General_Grievous_4, go to entity -> imp. Find the Officer and change his name... :)

I just used imp_inf_officer_gray. However, I can't find him in "entity -> imp". do I need to create the officer in there?

i looked there too I found several officers but they were the regular AT-AT commander type not the gray type. the closest match i found was this.
inf_officer
but it already had a name.
EDIT: Ha i got it fixed. What i did was find inf_officer and i put gray at the end. It was so simple i smacked myself. Here is the proof:
