The effects are good, but be careful how many you place, or effects like explosions and rocket trails will start disapearing. keep up the good work guys

As long as you're following the Saving Private Ryan motif, why not add a flamethrower unit? 'Course if that screws up balance too much you could remove it, or it it's just plain unnecessary, but I think it'd be a cool thing to try.

When I get my dead gaming comp back up and running somehow from a miracle, I was actually thinking of a flamethrower unit.

Any luck getting your computer running?

Not yet. Need my mom to get the voltmeter from work so she can help us determine if it's just the power supply. If it is, we can easily replace that with one with an equal or slightly better power supply with relatively same or better wattage. Then I can use the GFX card I got for Christmas from my dad. No worries. I'm sure I'll get it back up and running sometime soon and then continue polishing the map.

Lol. Which kind of dinosaur? T-rex or brontosaurus or? But yeah, it was pretty simple. It seems only the power supply is fried from when we checked. Dad is gonna order one at the end of the month and we'll see what happens after that. If it works, then I'm good to go with my new Nvidia 8400GS which is much better than my Nvidia 6600.

To everyone: I'm afraid until this happens the map is on hold, but don't worry....it WILL get finished. I would've been working on it during Christmas, but seeing as how my comp is dead I kinda can't do anything with anything. So, yeah. Don't worry, I'm not lazy by any means regarding this map. I'm trying to make it more fun/balanced, but still keep the idea that was the basis of this map in the first place. Hold on, people! ^_^ I am NOT giving up. Besides, this gives me time to think about what else needs to be done.

I wonder if Carnotaurus applies. It takes a while to load then get's fast. I got it back in '06 so it's much better than my dad's which is already around 10 years old. Now that is a brontosaurus.

Chapter 2 is currently in progress at the moment. I cant really say where I'm at. Sometimes it looks done, Sometimes it dosent. Working few ideas, some successful, some not wokring YET, but im determin too get em working. Thought when enough has been done, ill be starting a new topic called Designated Days: Spearhead which should be very soon.

Or, you can rename this thread and call it: Designated Days Series. That way you don't have multiple threads dedicated to the same thing. After you update people on what's going on with content, you can then update the first post with that content in order of when the updates occurred.
