Why would you get BF1? Well, it might be worth getting now, considering its only 7.99 There are lots of great maps for SWBF1 that we dont have in SWBF2

As Jabba' stated into his previous message, we cannot say that getting your hands down on Star Wars Battlefront would have eventually a certain "Impact" on your current Financial Resources and wouldn't be worth a try, and in case you would have planned on editing the LucasArts® video-games belonging to the Star Wars Battlefront, then I would suggest beginning by the first Title, in order to make sure you will get rather fastly and easily the Basis of the Modding Domain, while reminding that Star Wars Battlefront II's has been made slightly tougher to master...

yes i still play it online (i have SWBFII) but its alot worse then the first one...but if you want to play we can direct connect or other ways

I'm not too sure what Leviathan just said as I've already sacrificed enough brain cells for work... in any case, I would certainly agree that there are more people out there who prefer SWBF2 over SWBF1 than the other way around simply because SWBF2 is "newer" and has more "features". However, there ARE still people who are playing SWBF1, and not just Mac users either.

Leviathan: I don't believe anyone is blind enough to think that SWBF1 is still in its heydays but fact is, there are still some of us who play SWBF1 be it because of our preference or we simply have no choice because we have Macs and SWBF2 isn't available to us. I don't understand why you would spend time and effort and help out modders who are still modding for SWBF1 but if anyone else even express any amount of interest in SWBF1, you'd slap them down as if they are causing trouble.
