Alright i have made a model using XSI mod tools 4.2. Looks pretty good but I all i need is one detail to make.
Situation:
So simplyfying my problem, i have a cylinder and a cube (That are distanced... 2 units away). What I want to do is bridge them together (using the Add/EditPolygon Tool to make new polygon faces)?
Problem:
The cylinder and cube are two different poly mesh so they are treated as differents. How do i make them one poly mesh and how can i bridge them together?
How to combine/connect two polymeshes? (Solved)

Another way to do it is:
Select all the polygons you want "bridged" and go:
Modify > Modify Poly. Mesh > Bridge
Select all the polygons you want "bridged" and go:
Modify > Modify Poly. Mesh > Bridge

Jabba, I don't think that that method will work between two different polymeshes, only different faces on a single polymesh, which is what we are dealing with here.

Your method is the second step. And nomatter what, i have to do Murdocr's method first.Another way to do it is:
Select all the polygons you want "bridged" and go:
Modify > Modify Poly. Mesh > Bridge
What i mean is using your method, it will provide a quicker process than my method of using Add/Edit Polygon Tool.

ah yes, forgot you had to make it 1 mesh first. Sorry, I haven't touched XSI in 2 months or so
