This a phenomena similar to illusionary correlation that we've studied in Psych AP. Basically, because you will yourself to see some result, you will morph your interpretation of the data to suit that belief.

Just to add fuel to the fire...

The last question:
Last but not least, (and in the “Had to Try” category) the last 2 editions of Star Wars Battlefront have been exclusive to handheld platforms. Do you think handhelds will be the preferred future medium for the Battlefront franchise or can we hope to see a console version again sometime in the future?
The Battlefront team is very proud of the work we have done. It was no small feat getting so much game into both platforms! Both Elite Squadron developers Rebellion (PSP) and nSpace (DS) pulled out all the stops to make sure they delivered a game that would move the Battlefront experience forward. This would not have been possible without one fundamental thing that we share with the fans. We love Star Wars! Enjoy the games!
Now, again, I realize that people are easily jumping the gun. The above question has a few explanations, such as:
1) They misread it
2) They read it correctly, but DIDNT want to answer it
I'm just saying that yeah it could easily all be in our heads, but IF they were hiding something, they probably wouldn't reveal it in an interview. They probably wouldn't just come out and say "We're working on Battlefront 3 now!" Lucasarts will reveal it when, and *if* they are ready. It's possible that it's just stuck, they're working on it, or just canned it all together. For now I'd just go with ES...

I wonder when LucasArts will realize that DVD-ROM is their friend, and port these last two games for PC. They would make plenty more money bringing these handheld titles to console. Not to mention that we would have something new to mod and it would be more fun.

Nah, make a game for the next gen consoles+PC or keep it handheld, I don't want to play with a PSP game on my PC.
There is always the option: swbf3 was never in production-it was never announced.

From the topic that's actually about those games:Lord Bardar wrote:They would make plenty more money bringing these handheld titles to console.
I'd also like to add that it wouldn't be as profitable.Frisbeetarian wrote:At the stage they have it, it cannot be made sell-able for PC in any reasonable time frame. It's useless discussing it.501st_commander wrote:There would be more selling if they made it for pc also.
Which they couldn't care less about.Lord Bardar wrote:Not to mention that we would have something new to mod and it would be more fun.
