How Do You Localize New Units

Im sorry if this is a extreamly nooby question but how do you? (i know how to use localize)
Also His Hex-Number-Name is "0x1248939E" Renaming to "Fire Wampa"
This is my first unit ever! :D

Go to your data_MOD folder. "MOD" just stands for your map name. There should be a little icon with two gears in that folder, and it should be named "editlocalize". After that, the screen will be pulled up. From there, follow this tutorial:
