Aksel3, your edited version of the jed_inf_jedi01-unit is great, I love it. zaborack, not bad
for a first retexture. When I was a newbie at modifying Star Wars : Battlefront II, I always used
good old Microsoft Paint. Really, it's not a bad program, but it's
extremly limited if you compare to Adobe Photoshop or the GNU Image Manipulation Program. By the way, jango232, you're a really good texture-artist, I wish I could have those Phase I Republic Clone
Troopers in my brand-new Extreme Makeover : Star Wars : Battlefront II Edition-modification...

i know it looks bad, but i am getting photoshop in less than 2 weeks so i hope ill get used to photoshop and then might be able to compete(ya right, itll look rly crappy at start), but ill adapt into it sometime i guess.

Did you actually paint the plants, are they photosources (self taken or copied?) or are they brushes (retail brushes, downloaded brushes or selfmade brushes?)? Looks like retail brushes to me, correct me if I'm wrong... I just think the art fades into the background a little if one uses copied stuff (especially retail stuff that everyone has...) Own photographs are okay, self painted okay, edited stock photos are a gray area but come on, retail brushes? Plus its really noticable that the picture repeats pretty often. You should at least use jitter and the like to get rid of this effect, should't you?

Ya, it is a retail brush. I see nothing at all wrong with the use of it. It was actually creative, who'd think to use a 'grapevine' as a forest camoflauge material.
My only advice would be to use the burn brush a bit, the colors are too bright IMHO
