Aaaaah! I just uploaded it again... Well for a third time...

If it is still crashing, it's probably Majin's fault because he gave me new files for the grappling hook... gonna replace it with the old ones now.
EDIT: It's my fault. I munged the wrong map (because I've started a new map). And I won't tell you that is going to take place on Naboo, in the palace. :twisted:

I like the map but, TBH it's just too boring(eek, sorry). There just aren't enogh units. I played the map for about 10 minutes and I spent more than 1/2 the time running looking for some enemies. Maybe give the map an "ARC" style flavor. You know, the droids are in big numbers that out-number the nubians, but are really weak compared to them.

Well, there was that geonosis map that got by with 680 per side.... However it was Geonosis which is more plains and this has buildings so don't go that high. But maybe something more along the lines 300 trade federation, 200 Naboo Guard, but the droids are bit weaker. (As far as health goes that is)
So yes it definately needs more units. The city is just too big to cover with the few each side gets now. And when one side is obviously winning, it takes forever to trek across the map to get the last command post and by that time the enemy has already neutralized one of your points and to go defend it you have to trek all the way across somewhere else since none of your allied units are near it. It results in a game of hide and seek towards the end. The map size is good just not for the amount of units currently had.
Also ran into some strange problems, building shadows were always tinted blue for one reason. And in some areas almost pure blue shadows were everywhere. Infantry and vehicle shadows did not suffer from this problem though. And the palace can be walked into. The walls don't appear to have a collision factor or anything.
Aside from that it's looking good.

Yes some buildings don't have a collision. That's one of the reasons I didn't put those building billboards in places you can easily reach.
I'll put more units on the map in my next version. I can't fix the collision of the buildings, but maybe someone can create an invisible object so I can place it in the place where the collision is missing.
