BF2_modtools.exe Not Creating Log *SOLVED*

It's been a while since I've done any mapping so my memory is a little foggy. I'm trying to set up opening satellite shots for my map but whenever I run it in BF2_modtools.exe it doesn't seem to create any sort of log or camera coordinates text in my GameData folder. Is there a step that I'm forgetting or what? Thanks.

Just to make sure, are you checking the Compatability Files folder if you have Vista?

Yeah I read the FAQ and tried this but I got to username and AppData was nowhere to be found.
