I've noticed this in nearly every mod map I've played, when the game loads and you enter the select team screen, there's no music until you spawn. The shipped maps on the other hand have music as soon as you exit the loading screen. Why is that?

My guess would be that it is something in Sound\Global.lvl or Common.BNK.

Is the sound missing in the retail maps that are munged from source and only slightly changed?
