Download Issue
Say your internet connection is interupted during a download or you cancel a download while it is in progress, where does the part of the file you have already downloaded go?

RE: Download Issue
The Response to this sort of Questions mostly depends on the Path you have followed in order to download the concerned Resources, and that's why I would want you to tell me whether you have repatriated them through a Download Manager, or if you have simply taken advantage out of the Specialized Utility embedded towards Windows Internet Explorer. However, in almost any case, I have to remind you that corrupted or partly-reassembled Files are usually way far from being that exploitable through Windows Explorer, and for that reason, attempting to download them back is certainly the fastest and safest Means of completing the aimed Task...

RE: Download Issue
I just used the basic Save Target As... function to download the file. And I don't want to retrieve the file, it's just taking up A LOT of space on my computer where ever it is. It's the beta Tean' posted in the SWBF1 Conversion topic. My connection did somethign weird and cancelled the download and I have two incomplete downloads of that file that total up to be really large sitting somewhere on my PC and I want to know where the are so I cna get rid of the said files.

I'm pretty sure it either automatically gets deleted, or stays in a temp/cache folder. Depends what browser you use.

Use Window's disk clean up or the delete cache feature in IE's options.

RE: Download Issue
Unfortunately, your chances to get your hands down on a fully-functional File are somewhat restricted, but as you seem to be apparently determined to attempt exploiting this Resource by any Means, then I would suggest having a look at the "[Hard-Drive's letter]\Documents and Settings\[Account's Label]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" Directory while making sure you have set up your Microsoft® Windows XP Version to display Hidden and System Elements, but in case you would not succeed in obtaining it, then you won't have other choice than downloading the aimed Star Wars Battlefront II Map Pack an additional time...

It's where Lev says. It is also wise when doing ANYTHING on the net to clear this often cause it is a harddrive leech. Keep the things that says cookie though. They usually tell a site, like here that you have chosen to be remembered instead of having to enter the user/password everytime you visit.

RE: Download Issue
Off-topic : Henceforth, I guess around GameToast members learning about these Internet's Drawbacks will endeavour in avoiding to use the Module dedicated to the downloading of External Resources embedded towards Windows Internet Explorer, in order to prefer the running of considered and highly-appreciated Download Managers, such as Free Download Manager©, SpeedBit® Download Accelerator Plus 5.[#] or even those being gathered and referred inside this SnapFiles© Section, especially thanks to the fact a consequent part of these Specialized Utilities are able to prevent the corrupting and fragmentation of the repatriated Stuffs, amongst other sorts of suitable, interesting and helpful Features...
