I have tried to play online, but every server i use has such a lag i die i don't know it for ten seconds after. I don't have slow internet connection (Its 3mbps). I only choose server that have a ping around mine (70 - 110) but when there is a ton of people it lags, or when there is a use with a higher ping then 125. Lately it has been lagging even if I'm the only one, or when everyone's ping is around mine.
The question is, how do i find the problem if its me?

Holy crap, yeah. 0.51 Upload speed? That's really low. I'd contact your service provider to see if there's an issue, cuz if you have cable/dsl, it should be MUCH higher than that.

yes i do have DSL, if i remember right... the upload should be around 1.0 - 1.5 mbps

have you gotten a new modem or router recently?

We had the router for about a year now.
