It is an ancient ritual that once a non Jedi person enters the Jedi Temple, they must stab themselves throught the head. This was meant to prevent such catastrophes such as, lets say betrayal by a huge clone army or something like that, and senseless slaughtering of all the jedi. Hehe...like that's ever gonna happen!

I left it that way since that's how Rends had it in SWBF1. The Geonosian has the stormtrooper diguise.
