Adding Weapons to the Droideka
I ran a search, couldn't find anything.
How would I add weapons to a droideka? I want to add stealth to it.

The droideka is a walker, remember, vehicles only can have 2 weapons: primary and secondary.

Re: Adding Weapons to the Droideka
Not "just like" any other unit. It is a walker unit, which means it shares properties of both vehicles and units, and in this case Labj is correct - it can only have two weapons because vehicles can also only have two weapons.DarthRogueKnight wrote:uh.... no? Re: Adding Weapons to the Droideka
Would editing the ODF and telling it to be a regular unit solve the problem but at the same time create a new one? I've never truly worked with a droideka's ODF before.
Is it also possible to make it so that, upon the unit standing up, it creates a shield around itself?

Re: Adding Weapons to the Droideka
I am planning to give at least a second weapon to droidekas (shield doesn't count), so I thought maybe using nextcharge would be a way around the limitation, but I would need to turn the repeaters to semi-auto.

Re: Adding Weapons to the Droideka
Yes, you should be able to use a charge up sot to give a droideka a "second weapon" like Mav did with the laser -> ion cannon for his Y-wing in Dark Times.
Don't even try.vegati wrote:Would editing the ODF and telling it to be a regular unit solve the problem but at the same time create a new one?
Code: Select all
ClassLabel = "walkerdroid"
