I think what he means is: Phase II clone trooper + Anakin's cloak = Phase II clone trooper with cloak.

I'm pretty sure anakin cloak. Clones with jedi cloaks were present during the Jedi Temple Seige.

I like the Sith, but seeing as he is a SITH, i thought he would have more darker coulours, the white confuzes me a little, sith + white = jedi+sith?

He's only using the Sith model. He's not a Sith himself. If I reskinned a Wookiee to be a mangled clone trooper, is he still a Wookiee?

It's an unused model, he can be anything you want:

In IndianaJoe's case, he retextured him as a Jedi.
