Underwater Effect

This is just I need for a video I'm making. Its supposed to look like you are underwater in a shallow sea. Please give me some feedback.

P.S: I personally think the volumatic lights move too fast.

Looks pretty good. I would lower the contrast on the interplay of the lights on the seafloor (right now the white is too white).

That's pretty cool. Only things I'd change are:
- Make the 'sea bottom' have some algae/rocks/etc, so at least make it a bit less 'clean'.
- Make the lights move slower.
