Windows 7 Munging Problem!

Windows 7 Munging Problem!
Hey guys, im having a problem with the munging in SWBFII modtools. Heres my problem: i open modtools, then fill out the information. It munges for about five seconds, then freezes. My computer is Windows 7, and i hae security on (no clue how to turn it off) can anyone here help me!?

I did that, do i need to put the file in a specific place? Because it still does the same thing. it should be in Computer>C:/>Bf2 Mod Tools.
or Computer>C:/>LucasArts> Star Wars Battlefront II>BF2 Mod Tools
or Computer>C:/>LucasArts> Star Wars Battlefront II>BF2 Mod Tools
