EDIT - I have chosen not to make him Obi-wan anymore. He is now a Order 66 survior.

).... if a skin is posted (I mean the actual skin and not a pic of it) does it mean that the author is giving it out publicly?

Not if you write "Do not use this skin or I will eat your children" on it. Otherwise people can convert it into .tga and use it for personal use. You can say Do not use this skin in the post, but I dunno if that will stop some people :/

Maul's face doesn't really fit on the emperor model but i think that's the best it gets without making new models.
