No its better And the maps in PS2 are exactly the same!

Looking at the screenshots, it appears Dann has taken the citadel map and added new stuff to it.

(Off topic: speaking of remote rockets, they don't work for me at all in my game, in the shipped game or any mods. What causes this, and how do I fix?)

it is basically an expansion of the classic BF1 map citadel. I didn't change some things just because I didn't want to disturb the classic part of the map that almost everyone loves.

If you mean the commando in the BF1 COnversion Pack, that's normal. Otherwise, you just have to get a legendary in vehicle demolition

Aha! thought so.

@trainmaster: no, they don't work at all, with or without demolition. No remote rockets work properly, ever. (they fire and fly, but do not explode.)
I thought maybe you needed the patch, but everybody else seems not to have any problem with the rockets.

Maybe it's just your video card being taxed. I know that online sometimes it won't show the exploding effect to try to reduce lag. When your comp is working too hard, the effects go first. Try turning your settings down a bit.

Yes, the game has an artificially low memory limit, so the engine is very quick to cut things out when it is being taxed. As far as I can tell, it goes something like this: particle efx, then ordinance geometry, then soldier anims, then all hell breaks loose.

its not shooting rockets, its shooting small black charges that explode on impact like mortars. the unfortunate droid its shooting at is shooting rockets tho.

he has a Beam Cannon, a Mine Chucker 2.0, and a Boeing Bomb 2.0

all modded or new weapons are going to be in the bonus mode btw. conquest is going to be a classic conquest of the map with less units for the people that like that.
