Sorry but I'm not sure if i understand you right. Are you asking us for help in finding you a game where you play as a roman legionare/soldier? If so do you mean in terms of an rpg?

No, there must be in a 3rd person view.

seconded, it doesnt seem to be a popular setting. there are quite some gladiatorgames though...

Just buy the game! If you're too cheap to get the real deal, then quite frankly, you're not going to get much help.
