First of all, Intel and AMD aren't CPUs, they are Processors >_> And I don't want any intel, i want an Intel Pentium
Secondly, I have never tried building my own computer, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be too hard. However, I don't have time right now plus it's probably more expensive.
Thirdly, my mom said she would get me a new one in December, so I have 8 months left with this piece of ****.
Thanks for all your replies tho.

Uhhh. I can tell if you compare a processor to a CPU and find they are not alike. CPU stands for Central Processing Unit. Note Processing; Processors process by Processing 0s and 1s. Central means main in this case and unit is a piece of equipment. There's also GPU or Graphics Processing Unit that runs videocards and are also called Video Processors. All that is available is pentium. In fact, celerons are called pentium celerons. Centrino is not really a chip, but a combination of a certain intel motherboard Chipset, intel 2200bg Wireless card, and an intel Pentium M CPU or processor (basically a Celeron but renamed to M for mobile).

Im gonna build my own pc and let my dad put it together for my next pc lol but ya I would not suggest buying a dell for gaming It takes me bout 5 mins for 1 level to load
but its great for work like programming so when I get my next pc im still gonna keep my dell and just buy a bigger desk to fit them both on

newegg.com, buy your own parts and make one.
You will save about $400 even having to buy windows xp. Compaq and dell both buy their parts in bulk from the lowest bidders internationally ,in the last year it has been korean parts , and honestly they blow. I used to work at Compaq, then at Dell and HP as techie.
Also Alienware is (whether its announced officially or not) in meetings with Dell to sell their relations to dell for over 200million dollars. So get an Alienware before that merger if you want one or your just getting a spray painted dell , which is crap in my opinion.
BUild your own! Then you know what you get!

I agree about the fact such "opportunities" can be rather numerous if you launch proper and "relevant" Searches using Google, since "Specialized Companies" selling such "cheap" products are becoming more and more attractive than regular ones !...
Also, if you owned URL's pointing to web-sites associated to such "Organizations", I would like you to share them with the whole GameToast Community, since I would be highly interested in having a look of its different members' reactions...

Off-topic : crazytieguy, in case you would look at the Posting Date of the message having been inserted before yours, you could rather easily guess that sharing such an Information now does not make your above reply as much helpful as expected, since the Author of the current thread must have probably achieved the Ordering Process of a brand-new Personal Computer, and that's why I would highly advise you to consult Rules being applied on GameToast Message-Board as soon as you will have obtained enough spare-time for that...

Off-topic : The above Specifications are indeed making the associated Hewlett-Packard Computer worth a buying, Jabba', but if I were you, I would perhaps await for the upcoming release of INTEL Corporation® Core 2 Duo Central Processing Units before planning on ordering a brand-new one, as it seems the above Components would be way more efficient than the latest AMD® Athlon 64 X2 and FX ones provided publicly, while remaining rather cheap compared to their main Competitors...

Off-topic : It indeed seems that the XPS 600 Renegade having been engineered and firstly launched by DELL Computer Corporation® has rather fastly become obsolete and the unexpected victim of the fast-evolving and growing Technology applicable towards Personal Computers, which has obviously forced this same Company to integrate AGEIA Technologies® PhysX Physics Processing Unit inside its most recent Machines intended to Fortunate Players, amongst other welcome changes. Moreover, as far as I can tell, one of the most impressive Assembling Firms specialized into conceiving user-made Computers must be a French one called "CARRI Systems", which has not hesitated designing such Products being able to reach about 15,000 Points using Futuremark Corporation® 3DMark® 2005...
