About the AT-ST -> Sentinel, I said it won't be enough with just a reskin, it needs a new vehicle model. Anyway, that reskin is good, I just found one error, look at the sentinel, it's green, not metallic.
Now hear this, I know an AT-ST prototipe which appears in one mod I know which is more similar to the sentinel than the AT-ST. You know the "mod 123" ? , then check out Hoth in the Clone Wars, there you'll see it. I know that other mods have it but I don't know their names.
I don't have enough time to be in this forum, so I'll think about this stuff during this next days, in the mean time I have something for you:

Ive been looking for the 123 source files for ages but I can't seem to find them. I know about the vehicle you mentioned and if you have a link please post it.
And Taivyx is right, I don't think it will have tyraninds because of the difficulty of making them.

Necrons wouldn't really be so difficult, I was planning to use magnaguards and/or Grievous. And the tyranid wampa thing was a good idea, will try it.
And yeah, I really need a modeller for this. I was planning to release version 1.2 with shipped stuff only and try hiring some modeler for version 2... That one will also have accurate weapon/ unit stats and be more balanced.

Yeah, the orks are an important part of WH40k. But they look too fat for orks really. Was planning to make a gretchin of Yoda but it didn't work out, too small nose.

Not sure why the white spots are there, but just ignore them.
For a weapon I was planning to use the mortar launcher but I can't find the texture for some reason.
Another idea I had was to use different skeletons for units to make them look less identical. But the last time I tried it crashed thoug.

And for the skeletons: don't do that, nearly all skeletons look wierd at the wrong models.

I fixed them, appearently I used a strange brush that didn't work well when I saved.
And you're right, skeletons didn't work very well.
And I don't have xfire Im afraid.
Edit: I just tried some modeling.I had to download loads of programs but none of them can export the model as a msh file to be used ingame so theres not really a point. But if anyone knows how to do this, could anyone just remove the ear-like things on the grievous model? It would look more like a necron then, and Im completely useless at this kind of thing.
Will take it into account, but the dreadnought will be impossible without custom models.
I think the cloone transport could make a good IG Valkyrie ship, the cis aat can be an eldar grav tank of some sort, the rebel speeder from bf1 can be an sm combat speeder, and so on.
I can't really make any maps cause zeroeditor doesn't work with vista, but im sure som corouscant street/city assets (were they released?) could make a good cityfight map.

It's very annoying to scroll that long...and its hard for people with slow internet.

And if youre going to add the Essence of the Nightbringer, that would be very easy! we could just scale up the emperor alot...

Not sure wich one is the best for what, I am making a pariah from the deathstargunner model, I think it will turn out good.
And the emperror thing souunds good but last time I scaled something the game just crashed.
Yeah, but it would look better without those things at the ears, Ithink it is possible to remove them, I managed to open the model in a modeler program, but the tools were confising and its impossible to convert it back to msh format. And I think the grievous model uses special animation that makes it impossible to use guns, at least it crashed when I tried to give him a rifle.
And the magnaguard doesn't look much like a necron because the "face" is hard to skin, it's not just one big piece, it's many of them, spread arount the tga when you open it.
But that would be hard / impossible without new animations :/
I said gun beause I tried him as a standard rifleman, but for the staff, isn't there a two-sided vibrosword out? It would be ok for this version at least.

You have to keep his animations. Would look wierd with the magnastaff
Propably. But I got a new idea for tau, I cauld use a scaled SBD for a battlesuit thing. I thnik one of them really looked like an SBD but I can't remember wich.
