A: This contains additions to the original game. You need to have the game installed.
One thing more:
In his auction he didn´t claim to get money for the maps but for downloading and burning them onto CDr
This CD Rom may fall under the Downloadable media or compilation & Informational sections in the disallowed section of ebay. I recomend that map makers report this item to ebay so that it could hopefully be stopped or at least have some sort of disclaimer saying that you can download these maps for free. Check out what counts as a disallowed item and then send ebay your disapproval via:

In his discription he says:

Ive already contacted ebay they are looking into this. NO one gave permission for selling their works so its intellectual property violation as well as distributing freeware/copyrighted material for profit regarldess of cost of cdr. We shall see what happens.
All hail Guru. I hope he gets a HUGE fine for doing that If he didn't sell them, just asked for what the CDs/Shipping was worth i wouldn't mind. But selling it for such a high price heck no.
I have found out that Filefront is no longer making CD's with whatever you want (but can't download), but why, I don't know!!
I stil think that we can't do anything about it because he is charging for the services of the burning and downloading. He can use my maps he has, and I don't really care, as long as he isn't taking any credit for our painstaking work!
One request though!! Give us at least some Diet Dr. Pepper credit in a readme commenting who made what maps! I don't want people thinking something like "oh Cato Neimodia, Thats Rends map!
forget a fine i think he should get the the death penelty :emp: ... ok that might be a little extreme, but he should get at least 3 or 4 consecutive life sentences. well anyway its nice to know that guru will take a stand the the modders here at gametoast. when i grow up i want to be just like guru
