Hello, welcome to Gametoast!
This guide helped me start out quite a bit, and I still sometimes refer to it.

Yep, that tutorial is pretty easy to use.
Off-topic: Marth, aren't you the one who printed it out into a binder and read it on a bus or something?

Yeah, I read it on the way to a music thing halfway across the state.

Re: im new here
I use it all the time still, it isn't the most advanced tutorial but it covers so many of the basics, the GT FAQ thread has some of the more advanced stuff covered in more detail. There are 30,000 posts or so on this site, if there isn't anything in a FAQ thread try searching for it. Welcome to Gametoast!

Re: im new here
Welcome!
To get started with Battlefront modding the standart Pandemic ModTools "Getting-Started"-Guide helped me a lot. (I haven't known Gametoast on this time, so I teached me all the things by myself, along with the few Pandemic docs which were included in the mod tools.)

Re: im new here
You would need to copy the side from your assets folder into your mods sides folder. I'm assuming you have the mod tools installed and have already created your new map. (You would need to do this to edit a stock side, even if you aren't going to include the map.)

OP, please split distinct modding questions into their own topic in the Modding subforum.
