Adding changed object into ZeroEditor

Post by daniel »

Hi it's me again :D :D ,
well i've converted a msh file of an object to obj with Rep's meshtool, imported it into XSI Foundation, edited it there and from here exported it again as an msh-file in the same folder as the original msh-file of my map was (don't worry, i've made backup files fpr everything important).I didn't change the name or something, and i'm sure i've got everything in the right folder, but when i want to browse the object in ZeroEditor, ican place it,but nothing's there. Can anyone help?
p.s. I've frozen it in XSI Foundation also

Have you followed MshEx's exportin manual exactly? Recheck every step described on it, that should fix your problem.

well what i did was to edit an already existing assets-object. only changed the shape a bit in XSI,exported it to an xsi file with crosswalk, then to msh with mshex.didn't change any other files, only the original msh-file of my map.therefor i thought it wouldn't change the texture.
