What is it ? Are you adding flyers to your old tatooine map or somethin?

Eh, I liked the old one because there weren't any flyers or anything; it was down and gritty, with an "every man for himself" kinda feel to it, like the movies. Not to sound mean or anything, but I think I'm not going to download this one and just keep the good ol' one.

Yes Ace and some other guys always beged for a more battle version of the Jundland wastes map ;-)
So this version will have some flyers tanks and whatever is needed to make a Tatooine Jundland Battle map.

EDIT:
Schizo, yes i will still use the original version too instead of the Battle one. the old Jundland wastes has a more autentic feeling to me. But Ace helped me so often so this version will be a gift for him :-)

Hey, Rends, give it a different modid. I like the old one too. . . Hey, you could release a new normal jundland, with fixes only, and battle jundland, with fixes and changes.

Ace, it already has a different modid sou you can still have both versions in the game. Let´s see what i can fix and then i will make a decission if it´s worth to release a gold version of Jundland wastes or if i release the Jundland battle version only.

I'd love to see the old version revamped without all those bugs and stuff. Like the infamous "fall through objects" glitches scattered throughout the map. Maybe you could even include a couple little "extras"... you know, like a crashed escape pod or something? *hint hint*

And it's always bothered me that the map name in the list appears as "Jundland Wueste"... was that a spelling error or something? I'd kinda like it if that was fixed, since I'm very fanatical about how my map names show up in the selection screen...

I don't know, I still love this map either way. I think it was actually the very first mod map I'd ever played, way back when... boy, those were the days...

Actually, I think it'd be cool if Rends was to go back and just revamp all his old maps and stuff like Jundland Wastes, Hoth: Escape, Abridon, etc. You know, like special edition versions of the maps with all the fixed bugs and stuff.

Just a suggestion though... it would be cool, but I understand that it would be kinda time-consuming to go to all that trouble. Do what you wish...

Schizo, i can´t say for sure that i will be able to fix all fall through bugs because i don´t have the XSI files for Owens moisture farm or the cliffs.

Jundland Wueste isn´t wrong spelled. It´s just the german word for wastes.

I don´t have plans to revamp the other maps too. It´s just Jundland i´m working on. It´s all Ace fault ;-)

Hm i ran into lot of trouble. First it´s hard for the ATAT to walk down into the Canyon and it´s not possible to walk upwards on any side.
Next i tried to convert the moisture farm and the canyon with bconstructor to mlikshape and then into xsi but i only get messed up objects.
So the sidestep project isn´t that small i thought at the beginning. Not sure if i will stop here or go on further.

Instead of fixing cliff colloision errors, I suggest you try using 'legos' by saturm or your own cutsom one to that effect. . .

Well i´ve already used some walls below the canyon walkways in the wastes version. You never saw them ingame but they are there. Well there are still a couple of collision bugs left exp. at the moisture farm or on top of the cliff.
