1) How do I make a CTF objective in Campaign? I have tried at least a half-dozen times, but I can't get it to work.
2) (Fixed) I'm trying to make an Imperial Commando using the Scout trooper Geometry with a different skin. But I want to keep the Scout as well. First I tried OverrideTexture, but that didn't work. I tried making a new side with just a Commando ODF, and Scout MSH and a new imp_inf_scout.tga. The Commando works fine, but my Scout Trooper somehow uses the skin from my new side as well. How can I fix this?
3) I'm making a EMP grenade but the sound won't work. I copied the Thermal Detonator ODF stuff and changed the SoundProperty of the explosion ODF to "force_lightning_fire". That same sound works as the FireSound of the Arc Caster, but it doesn't work in the EMP grenade. Why not, and is there a way to make it work?
4) The secondary weapons' names of my classes don't show up at the spawn screen. How can I make them show up?

1) You'll basically be using the event "OnFlagCapture;" the best way to learn about how to use this (and how to learn a lot of other campaign things) is to browse through the stock campaign luas and see how they set it up. Once you think you've got the basic setup right, if it doesn't work/needs tweaks, feel free to post a topic specifically about that; there are plenty here who can help you.
3) Firesounds and explosion sounds aren't the same thing. "Force_lightning_impact" is the explosion sound you want.
4) If you've got new weapons, you'll need to localize them using "editlocalize." There is at least one tutorial on using the localize tool, if you browse through our FAQ/Everything you need thread.

1) I've tried that a ton. My flag never shows up in-game. I tried it with both com_item_holocron and com_item_flag - should I use something else?

4) No, AQT, that can't be true. I just added a 7th class to Empire and I can still see their secondary weapons.
