how do you rename a side? like, what if i wanted to rename the CIS side something like "the uber droids". sorry im nooby but please help.

Go into the edilocalize.bat

Wrong. It's actually in Common->Sides.

That depends, his question was phrased to mean either the whole side or an individual unit in which case it would be entity.

I thought from that that he meant the whole side.

i do mean the whole side.

OK, then go to C:/BF2_ModTools/data_{your map name}/editlocalise.bat and use find the side you want to rename with the program you want to use and type in the name you want.
