I know I used to know how to do this, but that knowledge was lost in the years. How do you make a Clone Trooper into a Jedi?

I mean, I want to have the Clone Trooper skin but with the lightsaber and powers of a Jedi character.

1. Make a custom side
2. Copy the rep_hero_obiwan odf to the odf folder along with the lightsaber odf
3. Change the geometry in the odf to rep_inf_ep3trooper
4. Copy the lightsaber msh and trooper msh into the msh folder
5. Copy the obi wan combo file into the odf folder
6. Copy the obi wan animations into the munged folder
7. Munge and test

I think that's everything, correct me if I'm wrong

You forgot about REQ files, and the LUA.

I got it. This map just doesn't have an Obi-Wan

You cant asume that when his question is a basic, very basic side modding question.

I got it, it works. I just edited the Obi-Wan from the Rep side, since the inf. files are all on my map.
