i think i needn't make some offer you will have enough, but i must. instead of hero can you make 3 RC following you?? and you can command them. with F1;F2;F3;F4;F5... commands like:

*defend
*sniper
*bow
*go there
back me up..
encounter

*= after the command the minimap apears where you say where to do this.

you could cache sounds from RC

I'm afraid that's not possible, anakin. Although stock BF2 does have some limited commands. I'm sure the RC team will do a fine job without recreating RC in BF2. As I see it, that's not really the point anyway.

i think its impossible to make points on the minimap but you can still tell commados to follow you etc. like in shipped battlefront, but there wont be a static squad like in rc. it wouldnt make much of a difference in extraction anyway since you defend an area instead of progressing through a level.

i hate this every time i tell someone to follow me there are some variant what happens:
1) he shoot me
2) he pulls me hustle me
3) he runs into a mine and i die
4) he runs in my shoot

where the Units walk/land/sniper... you place this points in Zero. is there no way to make this variable?? and place this points in BFII. If you can make this you become 2nd George Lucas

trying to implement that wouldnt be worth the effort, and i dont think george lucas has the slightest idea about how "his" games work :P

A lot of the ODF's have been tweaked to some extent since the last map. And again, the Commandos are outnumbered this time one to five, but they do have better defenses.

I like it! I truly like it!
RC:E was my FAVORITE RC map for BFII, and it still is.
RAS Prosecutor was my favorite level on RC, I play that map every time (OK, ALMOST every time)I play RC.

Great job so far! Can't wait to see this when it is released!

Here's some information on the Team Deathmatch and 2-Flag CTF sides and a couple of screenshots:

Clone Commandos versus Clone Commandos (dark armored guys versus beigish white armored guys)

The two sides are completely identical aside from the armor color. There are six unit types to choose from, and they are:

Rifleman
Weapons: DC-17m Blaster Attachment, DC-15s Side Arm Blaster, Thermal Detonators

Rocketeer
Weapons: PLX-1 Missile Launcher, DC-15s Side Arm Blaster, Concussion Grenades, Proximity Mines

Sniper
Weapons: DC-17m Sniper Attachment, DC-15s Side Arm Blaster, Thermal Detonators, Detpacks

Support
Wepaons: ACP Array Gun, F-187 Fusion Cutter, Dispenser Health & Ammo, EWHB-12 Blaster Turret

Assault (8 points to unlock)
Weapons: Wookiee Bowcaster, DC-17m Anti-armor Attachment, Concussion Grenades

Gunner (12 points to unlock)
Weapons: Z-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon, DC-15s Side Arm Blaster, Vode An (a buff that increases both damage and defense), Auto Turrets

The reasons why not much is being shown is because the map is currently visually unappealing for the most part. This is where ANDEWEGET comes in. ;) I would say the overall project is around 75% to 80% complete, though.

Extraction "story" mode, as some of you have already pointed out, was based on the hangar defense sequences from the second level of Republic Commando, but DarthD.U.C.K. and I took great liberties with it to make it more "conclusive."

I cant believe what i saw, those commandos look just like the ones from the comics, awesome job there. The classes sound great
